We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our HP Client team where you'll play a key role in delivering exciting experiential, field marketing and brand engagement programmes for our clients.
This is a role for someone who thrives where client relationships, account management and live experiential delivery come together. You’ll be the trusted link between our clients, our teams and the people bringing their brands to life, ensuring every activation is delivered brilliantly, commercially and with the customer experience at its heart.
You’ll be out in the field, travelling across the UK and working away from home when required, getting close to the action and making sure our programmes deliver against client expectations, KPIs and commercial objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Own the client relationship
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming their go-to contact and a valued extension of their team.
- Understand your clients’ objectives, priorities and challenges, turning them into effective experiential and field marketing solutions.
- Lead regular client communication, providing proactive updates and ensuring they always know what’s happening.
- Manage expectations confidently, building trust and resolving challenges before they become issues.
- Represent the client internally while championing Blue Square’s expertise, capabilities and ideas externally.
- Bring experiences to life
- Take ownership of the operational delivery of multiple experiential, field marketing and brand engagement programmes.
- Work closely with internal teams, field teams and other partners to ensure activations are delivered seamlessly.
- Get involved in the action, travelling to events, activations and client sites across the UK and working away from home where required.
- Ensure every customer interaction and brand experience reflects the quality and objectives expected by our clients.
- Troubleshoot in real time, making confident decisions and finding solutions when plans change.
- Manage the account
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, resource requirements and key milestones across multiple programmes.
- Manage account budgets, forecasting and spend against agreed financial targets.
- Ensure campaigns and projects deliver against agreed SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
- Monitor performance and use insight, feedback and reporting to identify opportunities to improve delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Present programme updates, results and recommendations to clients, helping to demonstrate the value and impact of our work.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support account growth.
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong account management skills with a genuine passion for experiential and live delivery.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working within experiential, field marketing, brand activation, events or brand engagement.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple programmes or accounts simultaneously.
- A natural ability to build credibility, trust and strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects from brief through to delivery, including being comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to make decisions when things don’t go to plan.
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, forecasting and account performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
- A genuine interest in creating memorable brand experiences and outstanding customer interactions.
- The flexibility and enthusiasm to travel extensively across the UK and work away from home when required.
- Experience working with retail, technology or telecommunications clients would be advantageous.
- Competence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous given the travel requirements of the role.
